Systolic versus Diastolic Acquisition in Myocardial Perfusion MR Imaging [Cardiac Imaging]
Conclusion: Myocardial perfusion MR estimates of stress MBF and MPR were greater in diastole than systole in patients with and patients without CAD. However, both phases had similar diagnostic accuracy. These observations may be relevant to other dynamic perfusion methods, including computed tomography and echocardiography. © RSNA, 2012 Supplemental material: http://radiology.rsna.org/lookup/suppl/doi:10.1148/radiol.11111549/-/DC1 (Source: Radiology)...
